24/7 Enhanced Support
Finite Solutions new 24/7 Enhanced Support service is now live and can be added on to any of our existing support packages.
24/7 Enhanced is only £ 600 per year and provides email and phone assistance and remote system logins for rapid resolutions to problems at any time of day or night, 365 days a year.
In addition to all hours support 24/7 Enhanced also includes system monitoring where our team will actively monitor your system and proactively resolve issues before you become aware of a problem to ensure your system is always performing optimally.
There is no onboarding cost for any existing support package clients and for our clients who haven’t had a support package previously the additional monitoring hardware and system set up is only £ 200.
