The Brief
Having worked for the owners of Oak tyres previously we were asked by their interior designers Panoramic Properties to provide a high quality easy to operate video conferencing and presentation system for their main board room as part of a redesign of the room.
As many companies have experienced Oak Tyres previous AV solutions in the room were unreliable and complicated to use and had poor quality images and audio pick up across the whole board table in particular. The primary focus for this room was to make the user experience easy and simple with good quality audio visual presentation and a slick integrated design.
The Solution
Our preferred conferencing solution is Yealink and for this room we proposed a Teams certified UVC86 system which incorporates a high quality camera, multiple on desk microphones, wireless presentation dongles, wall mounted slim line speakers and table top control panel.
To deliver a robust high quality display an 98″ Iyama pro panel was used.
Control of the rooms lighting and shading was via Lutron control system with wall and desk mounted engraved keypads.
The End Result
The finished room looks fantastic with bespoke cabinetry and finishes by Panoramic Properties and the Yealink Teams solution allows both experienced users and room guests to easily join and book meetings without any need for laptops.
The room has proved a great success and we are now rolling out the same solution to other meeting rooms around the building.
