The Solution

As full re wiring was not possible a a Lutron RA2 wireless lighting system was selected to expand the existing Lutron QS system in to the additional rooms of the house which created a seamless whole house lighting control experience with full app control and scene selection throughout.

The old network equipment was replaced with Ruckus WiFi6 high speed internet and multigig high speed Cambium network switches to deliver the fastest possible WiFi speed across the whole house from the clients new incoming fibre line.

Existing B&W in ceiling speakers were generally maintained throughout and new Sonos streaming amplifiers were added centrally along with a new Wyrestorm 4k video distribution system for Sky, CCTV and media player access to new 4K TV screens throughout.

A Crestron control system consisting of in wall touch panels and, smart app and hand held remotes in the main TV rooms provide simple effective control over the homes entertainment, heating, lighting and door entry systems.
