Show Apartment Launch – City Dweller Magazine Feature
Finite Solutions, a company specialising in high end home entertainment systems have recently launched their show apartment in Crown Street Buildings, on Call Lane.
The company provides affluent clients with home cinema rooms, multi room audio and video integrated with touch screen controls, hidden plasma screens, in-ceiling speakers, trapdoor projector screens and more.
The live-in show apartment, which recently featured on the prime time BBC2 show, “Home” showcases a 7ft home cinema screen that drops from the ceiling, a recessed plasma screen, in wall speakers, mood lighting and audio and video distributed through to the bedrooms and bathroom.

The majority of their projects have been in the affluent North Leeds area in towns such as Ilkely, Bramhope and Alwoodley. But projects have been completed further afield and have included a lavish holiday villa in The Algarve, Portugal, a National Trust listed country house in Herefordshire and a country estate in Cheshire.
Finite Solutions boast a list of very successful clients including partners of KPMG, a Venture Capitalist at Citibank, an owner of 7 steel companies, two software tycoons and various other successful businessmen across the country. They have also completed works for sports personalities such as England rugby fly half Charlie Hodgson and other media celebrities.
Budgets usually start at around £7,000 for a basic cinema room, but many of the larger projects have budgets in excess of £100,000 which integrate dedicated cinema rooms and full multi room audio and video systems.
They offer a no-fee initial consultation service and design bespoke systems that meet each client’s individual requirements. Using floors, ceilings and walls to hide cables and equipment, they avoid the potential eye-sores of most home cinemas and use custom designed touch screen remote controls to make it as easy as just pressing a single button to watch a movie.
The business, now 3 years old was the brainchild of 3 Leeds University graduates who recognised a gap in the market for providing bespoke entertainment systems to clients who wanted something special in their properties.
