Finite Solutions Shortlisted for CEDIA Awards ’16 with Record Breaking 5 Projects
Finite Solutions has been nominated for five major awards by worldwide industry governing organisation Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association (CEDIA). Finite is the only company out of 3,700 worldwide members to receive five nominations in this year’s awards which recognises the crème de la crème of smart home installations.
Setting the standard for industry professionals, the prestigious CEDIA Awards celebrate excellence in home technology design, installation and integration across the EMEA region (the UK, Europe, Africa, the CIS & Russia, the Middle East, India and Pakistan). It lists key categories including best media room, best home cinema and best integrated home.
The Awards ceremony takes place at the prestigious Guildhall, London on 1st July.
The UK residential custom home installation sector is now estimated to be worth around £1.07 billion according to CEDIA. Audio visual projects still account for nearly 50% of all installations in the UK with home cinemas/media rooms taking a 21% slice and lighting control/design the second most popular at 12%.

- Pretty in Pink (Best Media Room over £15K)
- 50 Shades of Black (Best Home Cinema £40K – £100K)
- Size Isn’t Everything (Best Home Cinema under £40K)
- The Royal Abode (Best Integrated Home under £100K)
