We prefer to be involved from RIBA Stage 2 or 3, so we can contribute to early coordination discussions, ensure all cabling and containment is properly specified, and avoid last-minute redesigns. Early engagement helps us deliver clean, well-documented systems that integrate neatly with the mechanical and electrical scope.

END-TO-END SUPPORT FROM A SPECIALIST TEAM

You’ll work directly with a dedicated project manager who stays involved from pre-tender through to client handover. This individual will be responsible for technical coordination, site support, and communication with your team. Behind them is a full in-house team ready to produce technical documentation, engineering drawings, and support with onsite works.

INTEGRATION THAT WORKS

We produce all required CAD drawings, cable schedules, containment plans, and integration schematics to ensure that all systems interface cleanly with mechanical, electrical and structural services. Whether it’s routing high-level containment, managing HVAC and lighting control overlaps, or defining power loads for AV racks – we work collaboratively to make coordination simple.
