Lighting and Shading Control
Working alongside Interior designers Panoramic Properties as part of an extension and redesign of a large master suite in our client home we were asked to provide control of the lighting and shading throughout the suite as well as the addition of audio-visual and smart control system to simply operation of the whole suite.
As full rewiring was not possible in the scope of the works, a wireless Lutron lighting control system was installed with engraved keypads throughout that provides easy mood lighting control to intelligently integrate the lighting in every room of the suite which comprises of a bedroom, 2x ensuites, dressing room and Lounge.
Lutron wireless smart shading systems including roman blinds, vertical shades, roller blinds and curtain and voile tracks were all integrated across the various rooms to suit the interior designers vision for the suite.
Entertainment and Smart Control Systems
The suite includes an integrated music system utilising Sonance in ceiling speakers, plastered in invisible speakers and a Sonos soundbar as appropriate to the requirements in each room. Bespoke cabinetry with luxurious upholstery houses the 65″ TV’s in the Media wall in the lounge and the Master Bedroom
Music and TV are easily controlled via the Control4 smart home system via the clients tablets and smart phones as well as an in wall touch panel.
In addition to control of lighting, shading and entertainment systems the whole houses heating and cooling systems, CCTV, gate entry and intruder alarm are also controlled by the Control4 smart home system making operation of the property simple and intuitive at home or from anywhere in the world.
