Finite Solutions have been designing and installing award winning home cinemas, multi room audiovisual and automation projects since 2002 and are committed to delivering only the highest level of service to our clients.
Unlike many of the “Have a go Charlie” AV companies springing up and disappearing again without ever understanding what it takes to deliver a truly reliable and consistent installation, Finite Solutions is an experienced and stable company that will not only install your system today but be there over the years to continue to service and upgrade your system with you.
We firmly believe in doing things right, there are many ways to design an AV system, but there will be only one solution that is correct for you – the FINITE SOLUTION. This means understanding what you want to achieve and recommending the appropriate solution within your budget to achieve these goals. We have no allegiance to any manufacturer and are completely independent in our specification of products. We want to offer the complete service to you, not just shift boxes.
We will only recommend systems we know will deliver, this means our solutions may not always be the cheapest but they will be value for money as it will meet your requirements and work reliably for years to come and be serviced properly. Our experience tells us what products work together and what doesn’t, how to put them together and how to control them in a smart and easy way. We always extensively test the systems at our offices before they are installed in your home. If we want to try something new we will always try it at our show home first so we are not using you as Guinea-Pigs

2. Exceptional Design and Project Management
We take great pride in the level of documentation we provide to ensure our projects run smoothly and without problems. In a complex industry such as ours it is vital that clear, concise documents are provided to all parties , from positions of equipment, schedules of required cables, detailed elevations of recess’ in cabinets or walls to house TV screens and control panels to detailed lighting schedules and central hub wiring schematics.
Another vital element is our Functionality specification which we provide before you commit to the system, a clear easy to understand document which confirms exactly what your system will do in every room and what is pre wired for to avoid any ambiguity upon completion of the installation.
Liaising with our clients, their architects, interior designers and all other trades we are interacting with at every stage of the project is something we excel at. Quite simply our project managers are the best in the business and ensure nothing slips through the net so your project runs smoothly and on time.
3. Award winning demonstration facilities
Our award winning show house allows you to see the options available to you from the very best most comprehensive systems to simple basic systems, we want our clients to feel confident that they know what they are buying.
The show house also allows you to see a central AV rack of the type that would install in your home system and see the standard of work we provide, the install, cabling and ventilating the system which makes the crucial difference between a system which doesn’t perform and a reliable system.
We are also extremely keen that you see how easy to use our systems are, we invite you to use our control panes and operate the lights etc so you can see for yourself how easy your system will be. After all you wouldn’t buy a car without a test drive!
4. Offsite System building and Control System Testing
Every single system we design is completely built in to it’s bespoke central AV rack, cabled and commissioned in our rack build room before being delivered to site. This allows us to test the system, find any faults and correct them in a controlled environment so the installation process on site is as quick and trouble free as possible.
We also complete all programming of our systems in house and offsite and invite you to our offices to use the system and check you are happy with it before it is brought to your home.
5. Dedicated Support and Service
With any intelligent entertainment and automation system, just like your car it will require service from time to time. We pride ourselves on providing a minimum of 6 months completely free of charge service to our clients after completion of their systems during which time we will attend site, generally within 48 hours to resolve any problems. After this time we offer comprehensive ongoing service contracts.
We have 3 engineering teams in each office allowing us the flexibility to get to site quickly, and our engineers have the experience to resolve almost any problem on site.
We also provide remote service via your broadband connection allowing us to resolve many potential issues over the phone instantly.
