Technical and design assistance
Finite Solutions will supply:
1.1 )Such drawings, diagrams, schematics and cable
or equipment samples as necessary to install the equipment.
1.2)Appropriate training and/or operating instructions
to enable the client to use the equipment successfully.
1.3) A project manager to deal with other contractors,
designers etc.
1.4) Information to make clients aware of the need
for public broadcasting licenses where applicable,
but it is solely the clients responsibility to obtain
the necessary licenses.
2) Delivery and Installation
Finite Solutions will confirm
cabling dates and a delivery and installation date
at the time an order is received subject to:
2.2) Obtaining the necessary technical approval from
the client or their representative.
2.3) Receipt of advance payment as detailed in the
terms of agreement.
2.4) For commercial clients, the receipt of an official
purchase order.
2.5) In event of delays in delivery caused by the
client, or third parties (e.g. planning permission
problems or delays due to main contractor) Finite
Solutions shall arrange appropriate insurance and
storage of the equipment at the clients risk and expense.
2.6) Confirmed delivery dates represent Finite Solutions
best estimates. Unless specifically agreed in writing
at the time of order no liability will be accepted
for failure to meet these dates. Finite Solutions
will of course do everything it can to ensure it meets
the dates and if it materially fails to do so, then
it will lend without charge equipment of similar specification,
if available.
2.7) Finite Solutions liability for any loss or damage
to equipment ceases on delivery of that equipment
to the agreed site or venue.
2.8) The client shall be deemed to have accepted the
services provided they are in accordance with the
pre-agreed specification, set out in the terms of
agreement, between Finitesolutions and the client
after installation by Finitesolutions.
3) Guarantee
Finite Solutions guarantees
equipment that it supplies to the extent that:
3.1) All Equipment will be covered by manufacturers
warranties only, detailed in the original system proposal,
which in general will be five years for speakers and
one year for all electronics, used under normal operating
conditions.
3.2) Any failure of equipment due to installation
work carried out by Finite Solutions shall be the
responsibility of Finite Solutions.

3.3) All liability shall cease in
the event of the equipment being physically damaged,
modified or otherwise abused.
3.4) The equipment is operated within the original
terms of agreement, under the specified operating
conditions.
3.5) Any cabling or other installation work carried
out by anyone other than Finite Solutions, has been
carried out to Finite Solutions written specifications,
and with cable supplied by Finite Solutions.
3.6) After the first year all work, within warranty
or not, will be subject to a reasonable charge to
cover traveling and subsistence expenses if a site
visit is required, unless otherwise covered by prior
Finite Solutions extended service warranty.
3.7) Finite Solutions accepts no liability for costs
incurred by the client in repairing equipment without
its prior written consent.
3.8) This guarantee in no way affects the statutory
rights of the client.
